Tuesday Hugs!!!!
Sending out hugs on this awesome Tuesday!!!!! You all have a great day. Love y'all!!!
Forgive, and you will be forgiven. (Luke 6:37)
If criticism or unkind behavior is thrown at you, you can refuse to allow ideas about these words or deeds of others to lodge in your heart. You can quickly turn to the Lord and say, "Father, help me to forgive this person...I turn this over to You, trusting You to resolve this in a way that results in good for me and that other person." If you find yourself tossing and turning all night because of something you have heard or witnessed, turn to the Lord and ask Him to wipe this from your mind and heart. Ask Him to drive the enemy far from you and restore to you His peace. We must forgive in order to be forgiven. How many times I have said..."well, it's not my fault, I didn't do anything wrong." Oh I am so thankful that Christ did not have that attitude. He did absolutely nothing wrong. However, He forgave us. If we harbor unforgiveness in our hearts, we will not be forgiven. Unforgiveness usually hurts no one but ourselves. We should forgive as Christ forgives, with no strings attached, just pure, free, unconditional forgiveness.
