Just got back from the gym--getting a little easier. Below in my nutrition info so far today.  I am not sure if this Will work--but I am trying it today anyway.  So far 9 net grams  carbs and 114 grams Protein.  If the proteinprincess is around let me know what you think.  Don't know about dinner yet--haven't decided.  Will probably pick up 24 carbs from an apple I will eat as a snack later.
