I'm A Loser! (Those waiting for approval)
I know it has been a long time since I was here, and no I never had the suregery.
I did have to stop in for those who are denied as I have been and let them know there is still hope.
Since being here so much I was diagnosed with diabetes. Upon being diagnosed I started using Lance Armstrongs website which totally keep up with all my nutrients. After using this for a while to learn more about what I need as a diabetic was able to continue on my own. I just needed a little more knowledge. I'm happy to announce I have now lost 65lbs since October 28th 2008. I have 30 more to go to be at my goal wieght. I wanted to say in this post is for those waiting please do not get discouraged as I had this can be done without WLS just a lot harder which in my opinion will make you prouder in the mean while.
