Wednesday Hugs

The third time he said to him, "Simon son of John, do you love me?" Peter was hurt because Jesus asked him the third time, "Do you love me?" He said, "Lord, you know all things; you know that I love you." Jesus said, "Feed my sheep.  (John 21:17)

Do you think Jesus was asking Peter if he loved Him because Jesus did not know the answer or rather do you think He was asking Peter so that Peter would know?  I think the answer would be the later.   Jesus asked Peter 3 times if he loved Him.  Sometimes it takes us a while to realize that we truly love the Lord.  If we truly love him, we will feed His sheep which are people.  If we truly love Him, we will never be ashamed to speak of or to Him in public or in private.  When we are proud of a new car, a new home, or any other material possession, we are not ashamed to speak of it.  However, so many times in my past, I was uncomfortable speaking of Jesus.  If we are His child, we should be more comfortable speaking of HIm than anything.   He gave up everything for us to come to earth and live and then face a cruel and horrible death just so that we could live with Him forever one day.  Oh my...how can we keep our mouths closed.  This is something to get excited about.  HE LOVES US!!!  Do you love Him....truly love Him??? 

I LOVE this!  This was the "motto" of the Breaking Bread Ministry we use to do in Luverne.  We can feed in so many ways!!  Food, help, witnessing, share the Word, and praying for them.  People NEED us to feed them and we are to do so........if we truly LOVE THE FATHER!  I love you my friend.  I'm still full from our weekend with Perry Stone!!  Lucy and brought back a lot from that one service and the time we spent with You, Mr. John, and FINALLY GOT TO MEET MIKE AND DORIS C!!  WOO HOO!!

Good morning my precious friend!!!!!  Oh what a time we had!!!!!  And yes...I was so blessed to meet Doris and Mike and Linda and Barry.  Oh they are so precious!!!!!  That Doris is a hoot....but a precious woman of God.  We are going to see Jason Crabb on Dec. 20th in Gadsden.  I cannot wait!!!!!  We have got to feed them sheep.  There is little time.  I love y'all!!!!
