Back to the Hospital for me
Tomorrow I have to go in for a look see..knock me out and send down the camera.. who knows what that will cost? since I was self pay for this procedure I am not sure if Ins will cover? I cant seem to take in any soft foods without pain by the third tiny tiny tiny bite... My guts start rumbling on the first bite and by the third one pain and pressure...I can get down some liquids, no milk no protein...its not going too well. The bonus is I am now losing weight... I feel like I cant even do this right...whats wrong with me? why cant I have a success story like so many others... OOPS pitty party going on here sorry... I have not been too happy with this choice yet. I did manage to get down 3 oz of instant potato runny last night but those cause my blood sugars to jump to 200... I don't like that. I am in a darned if I do and darned if I don't scenario... any suggestions?

Do you have to stay overnight?? Some scopes it's same day, but I suppose this would be what they find. I had 14 scopes in all. They had to stretch the opening to my pouch. I had multiple strictures. With some strictures I could ge****er down, other absolutley nothing. Sometimes I had to be stretched again in a few days. Some people can be stretched once and the opening is up and good to go. The best part of that is - no reopening or surgery and you instantly feel better. And no stitches or wait time on recuperating. I am praying it's something so simple and that insurance pays. I know how rough it must be to self pay but you are DETERMINED and you are going to get the weight down and be a true witness to so many. Keep standing strong and know that it will all be good.
My blood sugars took about 4 to 6 weeks to get back to normal and boy was I so excited and to dump those injections and High blood pressure meds boy, am I blessed!! God is so good.
If you need me, let me know. I am working alot of overtime this week picking up hours of people on my team who need off for parties, baby showers, ect. I hope they remember me come next month! I am going to a wedding! :) My friend who had wls 2 years ago is getting married!
