It's COLD, PROTEIN night, & ramblings
Gimme heat! What has happened to me?! I guess this was just unexpected to be in the 30's with such a WIND!! WOW! But I like it. Have the heat going, fireplace is nice and the dogs and cats at my feet while I TRY to work in the house. LOL Folding laundry. GRR! I would rather take a beating than folding laundry. I can wa**** and dry it all day long, but folding....GRR!!
Lucy, my sweet hardworkin' wife is visiting her Mom in Huntsville Hospital. poor lady has lived her 2 months and lived in the hospital almost the entire time! Please keep the prayers going. She is better. Sat up today IN A CHAIR for an hour and took a few STEPS EVEN!! I am so impressed. She will probably go back to HealthSouth on Monday! Go Donna! Thank you Jesus!
I'm having a protein night. Cooked a salmon fillet in the heat wave (or whatever it is called) and it turned out SO good. TURBO WAVE! That's it. It was a wedding gift from Lucy's Bro. and SIL. Love using it! Cooks fast and does not dry out your food!
I'm enjoying some awesome Tricks and Treats Island Coffee from Boca Java. Ya gotta love it! Allison is on a date, Torey is at work and it is quiet except for the dishwasher, (had to get enough dishes to fill it) and the pitter patter of puppy paws.
WOW! Lucy just walked in! Gotta go! LOL Love you guys and stay warm. Read the posts and enjoyed catching up. Forgive me for not replying. I wanna get some laundry hung. Love you all!!
