Still nothing Yet!
WAAAAA... You know this 258lbs is a number I cant seem to get past. I have not been below 258 for more that a few days in 15 yrs. This number is my Nemesis....I have to say. I have always cheated on my diets... but not now , not this week, still no movement on that scale...I declare WAR on my body....it will comply..it will let go of the fat....I will not fail....Ok just giving myself a pep talk.. I have been walking, eating right and doing the stuff and the body must follow. its the law of physics.. anyway, I have my first Dr. appt today. you know he will hear about this. The weather in Alabama is going to be AWESOME this weekend. Come to fairhope and enjoy the Bird Show and the dry cool air. I will be there. Pray for me that I sell lots of jewelry I need a few bucks. I have two adult kids who cant find work and one has the flu. luckily he lives in foley and I took him some food and drinks and advil yesterday. He sent me a text a few hours later saying thanks and that he was feeling better. My kids need jobs so bad. both living with friends and have nothing of their own at this time. my youngest lives here and is going to college. My kids need a break through. Ugh dont even know why i got off on that... Have a blessed and wonderful day. Tell someone somewhere about Jesus.
