I thought it was strange but clicked to see what you were really up to. God Bless you! Our God is an awesome God and does things in and through us that we never dreamed were possible. We just need to be willing vessels.
I'm really happy for you. I know God is going to bless you!

I am home from jail.. LOL.

I met a lot of people. A few said they were innocent (of course) but the majority said they deserve to be there but that they hope God forgives them because they want to get right. I believe I was told that the average age of the inmates is about 25. Some looked like teenagers.

I cannot tell you how many people either shook my hand or hugged me and thanked me for caring enough to visit. My summary, I have been to Nineveh.

once you've gone there you can't stop going....its nice that you can make physcial contact with the ladies. Baldwin co jail rules have changed. about 8 mos ago they said no more touching or hugging we cant even get close. they ladies must come to church service in cuffs and shakles. it was so heart breaking at first I got distracted but I am now getting use to it and so are the ladies. We preach in Z block its the lock down block so there is total control and we have two guards with us at all times. we use to be albe to go and lay hands on them the pray for them and them talk to the ones in the cells. but they must have them really drugged because no one is making any noise from those cells anymore. Its not easy to see but when you seem them through the eyes of Christ, its amazing what you dont see. you dont see that they are dirty, tatooed, toothless, unloved... they show all the hardship life has to offer, but when seen thru the eyes of God, I see lovely young laides who need to be loved and cared for. they need to be shown that life can and will be different if they want it. Its not a cake walk to get from jail to spiritual freedom but its worth the journey. Just remember to follow the rules they are in place for your saftey and never give out or address or ph number for any reason. by the way what jail did you go to?
call me and we will talk.
