The good news is I met my second goal, I stepped on the scale today and I'm under 200. I weighed 197.2 Whooo-Hooo. I weigh less than my husband and I've been teasing him about it all day. Good naturedly of course he's real excited for me. Now the bad news I had eye surgery last Friday because I had a lump form in my left eyelid and it was growing. The doctor said it was a good thing he biopsied it because it contained granulomas, he had to cut me deep and my eyes still swollen shut and badly bruised. He said he'd know Thursday(tomorrow) the cause but he mentioned Sarcodosis or Tuberculosis. After doing research on my own the Sarcodosis prediction sounds about right although I have no other symptoms other than my eye that I know of. I'm terrified the only treatments I've read of is high doses of steroids like predniszone etc.. can we say weight gain. I know I may be jumping the gun a bit but I'm about convinced. Does anyone have sarcodosis or know anything about it, I could greatly use information and or prayers. I'm so scared.

Amy, Your weight loss is awesome!!!!!  You have done a great job.  I remember when I got below my husband.  That was the first time in 20 somthing years I had been less than him and I loved it LOL.  I will be praying for you.  I do not have information on this, though.  God is more than able.   If there is anything I can do, I am here....just let  me know. 

I'm picturing a very happy with her figure woman who has a shiner ... it has me giggling a little. 

What mixed news you had yesterday!  I'm so proud of you with your weight loss and will add your eye issues to my prayers.  Goodness.  Please let us know how it goes.

Well, it is what I feared SARCODOSIS. It's an inflammatory disease that can affect most of your organs It just chose the most noticeable one first on me my eye. I'm still learning about this disease myself the only thing I'm sure of is it's incurable. I don't know if you guys remember Bernie Mac, or Reggie White but they died from complications of sarcodosis.
