Hi girl.  Could you please post your recipe for pickled eggs again.  I can't find it!!!

Hope little man is doing better by now.  It is so hard when the little ones are sick.  Also, hate to hear about your shoulder surgery.  It is about time we all get on the mend again!!!

I don't have an actual recipe for the pickled eggs.  I just sorta do the taste test till I get it right. :)

I use a couple of jars of pickled beets or you can use canned beets and add vinegar and splenda to taste. Then just add the peeled boiled eggs and let them sit for a few days.  I keep mine refrigerated.  When using the pickled beets I still add vinegar and splenda so there will be enough to cover up the eggs all the way.  These are delicious and high in protein.  I real good snack too.


Thanks for your prayers.  Christian is feeling some better today.  Kyle is on his way to go pick him up to give the kids a rest.  They've been with him all day and I really want some NANA time with my little man too.  It's time for me to pamper my lil fella.
