Love....

1 Corinthians 13:4-7,13

⁴Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.
⁵It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.
⁶Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.
⁷It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

¹³And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.

Such Love can solve many problems...

I love this chapter.    This is our model for truly loving others.  Thank you Gary for posting this.  It is food to my soul!!!

Thanks for posting this Gary.  This is one of my favorite scriptures.  This was one of the readings when Richard and I renewed our Wedding vows on our 25th Anniversary.  It describes what TRUE LOVE is.  We plan to renew our vows on our 50th Anniversary (We'll be married 39 years May 1, 2010)  We only have to make it to May 1, 2021!!

It's the kind of love we should all be striving for.  You are sooooo right.  If we all loved like this, there would be NO PROBLEMS.  I love you Gary!  I love you all friends and family on this Bama Board and those who have left and only post on Facebook!!!
