Friday hugs!!!

 Sending out hugs on this awesome Friday morning.  You  all have a great day and remember those today who are hurting, physically, mentall, financially and spiritually.  Also, remember our country and our leaders.  I love y'all!!! 

Those who seek the Lord shall not lack any good thing.  (Psalm 34:10)

I have pondered at times on what it means to seek the Lord.  I believe it means that we put God first in our lives.  A relationship with Him becomes our priority and our foremost desire.  No matter what happens to us or around us, we should choose to obey God, follow God and have a daily and intimate relationship with Him.  To seek the Lord means to want the Lord to be in our lives.  Those who seek the Lord are in pursuit of Him.  They talk to Him, listen to Him, read His Word and are eager to consult Him at all times about all things.  The main purpose that Christ offers us salvation is so that we may have a relationship with Him.  I have to ask myself very often, what is first in my life...is it God or is it television, activities, etc.   I desire that close, loving relationship that only comes from Him.  If we desire Him, we will not lack any good thing.

The Rivival is Oct. 18th -23rd. Sunday Oct.18 the Sloans will be there at 10 am and 6 pm. Then on Monday thru Friday at 7:00pm. The Sloan Family ALL week long,for Homecoming and Rivival.
Lunch at church at 12:00 on the 18th.  Love you Froggy       Come and join us. Theres always plenty of FOOD!
