What'cha eatin' today???

Lisa and I had to go in for labs this morning so we didn't have breakfast, but we stopped off at The Pita Cafe' for lunch.  Man, was it delicious.  We had stuffed grape leaves, kibbie, falafel, stuffed squash,tabooli, meat pies, pita and hummus, all homemade.  It was fabulous.  We shared a plate and still had a plateful to bring home.  We also brought back a piece of baklava, but didn't get to try it yet.  I'll be eating leftovers for dinner tonight.

Ive been slammed this week so thanks for posting :) i havent ate good today either but i'll reply

half sausage egg cheese mcgriddle
chili cheese dog -half the bread
im not sure whats for dinner- baked chicken, cream potatos peas and pasta salad is what my aunt cooked. i doubt i eat that.

Im still at work JOY JOY! and well im not sure. im starting to get hungry as lunch was at 11. :(

I know what you mean about being BUSY.  Seems like my WORLD never slows down.  Sometimes I just feel like the ENERGIZER BUNNY.  I keep going and going and going .

Bad day for me:

B-none
lunch-5OZ hamburger steak
Dinner-meatloaf/mashed potatoes and Green peas in appropiate Qtys
Worse of all very little liquid--just can't stomach much

Mr. Gary, I love hamburger steak.  That sounds so good.  I like mine with peas and mashed taters too.  Yum.  Sounds great.  Just keep on tryin' to get in those liquids....DRINK DRINK DRINK.  Sip on some water or crystal light all thru out the day.  You can do it.

I started out with good intentions. But after lunch my blood sugar dropped and I did what we are not supposed to.
B-  !/2 pack of instant grits and 1 egg
L-  small hamburger pattie with less than 1/2 of the bun
S- corn muffin from golden rule.  I was getting shakey and ran got something from the place I was closest to.  I know not good.  Should have had some protein.
D- some leftover chicken and dumplins.  Mostly chicken
Always tomorrow to do better.

Wow, Golden Rule sounds good.  We don't have one of those around these parts anymore.  They all seemed to have closed down.  Go****'s been so long since I've eaten grits.  I always keep them on hand for Christian but always forget to make them.  He really likes them and he loves his oatmeal too.  Those chicken and dumplin's sure sound good.
