Lisa Gotro needs our prayers

Lisa and I had our annual visit with Dr. Dewitt this morning.  While there, Lisa had to have an ultrasound on her abdomen.  She has gallstones and will be having surgery THIS friday.  She has been having lots of pain for quite some time.  Please remember our dear sweet friend Lisa G. at this time.  She is such a precious girl and she has asked me to request prayer on her behalf.

I hate to hear this about Lisa.  Being as Dr. DeWitt is doing her surgery she will be as good as new and back to work in a day or two.    I had my gallbladder surgery on Wednesday and on Sunday went and got my 2 little boys and had them for a week.  The easiest surgery I have ever had.  No pain and very little soreness. 

I know Dr. Dewitt will take care of my friend.  He was doing good today too.  It was so nice to see him.  Also met a couple of real nice ladies in the Lab waiting room.

You are right, my gallbladder surgery was probably the easiest surgery I ever had.  I was out the same day and at a Christmas social the next.

I surely hate to hear that Lisa has been suffering, but I am glad that it will be over with soon for her.
I agree with Louise...March 2005 I had my GB removed, and it was the simpliest surgery I've ever had with no pain.

Poor Lisa has been really sick the past few months and it took Dr. Dewitt only seconds to figure out what was wrong with her.  Sent her for an ultrasound and walaaaa.....gallstones.  He's the BOMB. We love our Dr. Dewitt.  I know she will be up and at 'em on Saturday cause I'm going to visit her and we're gonna go walk an gather some chicken eggs. :) at her neighbors.

Howdy Mrs. Ellen.  So good to see you.  I will give Lisa your love.  PS. I am going to be okay too.  I head off back to B'ham next week to get my shoulder checked out by some REAL doctors.  I'm excited at the thought that someone may be able to help me with all this pain.

I sure will Carmen.  She is one precious lady.  Such a true, true friend, she has been to me.  I cannot begin to tell you how much she means to me.  We met here on OH over 6 years ago and we're still great friends....THRU THICK AND THIN!!! (pun intended)  :)

I guess I should have read further down the Message borad an dI would have know which Lisa was having Surgery!! DUH!!  Thanks for letting us know.  Lisa G. will certainly be in my prayers starting now.  She is definitely a precious girl and deserves all of our prayers and support!!!  Love you too!!
