Welcome...
Revelation 3:20
20 Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him, and he with me. Jesus is Knocking at your door! Jesus is knocking at your door. Will you answer and let Him in or will you ignore Him???
Psalm 63:1 1 O God, you are my God, earnestly I seek you; my soul thirsts for you, my body longs for you, in a dry and weary land where there is no water.

Hi Gary,
Thanks for sharing this.
I answered His knock many years ago, but I'm a firm believer that we have to continue to listen for His knock and let Him over and over. Being human beings and living in this world with the temptations that are all around us, we do fall and when we do, we need to listen for His knock again. We know that He is always with us because He never leaves us once we let Him in, but when we sin, we close doors and have to repent and ask for forgiveness.
I feel that when I sin, I put a door between my Lord and me so I have to open that door and let Him in all over again. When I do, He is always there waiting for me. Sometimes I am more stubborn than other times and I think Jesus knows my heart and knows I want to let Him back in, even though I maybe haven't made that step. I think that because He does love me, He does knock or at least tap on that door to remind me that He is still there and I need to let Him back in so that he can heal me and minister to my needs. He knows me more than I know myself.
God is an awesome God. He loves me warts (sins) and all!
God bless and keep you Gary.
