WORST EVER!!

I have just had the worst dumping episode I have ever had in 5 years!  Lucy was worried about me as bad as I worried about myself.  I'm still feeling affects of it.  I don't know what I ate that did it is the bad thing.  I baked chicken, made mashed potatoes, and an old fashioned "hoe cake".  I was covered in sweat and slept  for an hour.  I NEVER want to feel like that again.  NEVER! 

What is your worst feeling of dumping you have ever felt?  I feel like I have taken darvocet or something and I am allergic to that and do not have any. 

i never want to feel like this again.  I have to go to bed.  Night night my friends!

It could have been the starch.  I know that sounds crazy...but I can eat a pancake w/o syrup and dump.  I guess it is the starchy food.  I cannot eat a lot of pasta, potatoes, or anything like that.  About a tablespoon is all I can handle.  You take care of you.

Honestly, Randy?  My WORST DUMP EVER was on your wedding cake!  Uff-da...  Just ask Sherry and Rose.  THEY had to deal with the green cloud of noxious gas I created!  And in Sherry's new car, no less!  (I'll never live it down...)

The upside to dumping is - you KNOW your tool is still working!!   So from now on, PUT YOUR FORK DOWN AND WALK AWAY FROM THE HOE CAKE!!!
