Toyota Recall!

Just got off the phone with my lovely sales rep, who also happens to my baby.  I saw this last night on TV but she was calling to tell me what to do.  Toyota is now asking that any of you that have an Avalon, Tundra, Pruis, Camry and some Lexus models to please remove the driver side floor mat.  Mine clips in and if your also clip in they are advising to remove them.  Call your Toyota dealer for further instructions. 

Is it on all year Avalons, Louise??

Carmen I think it is on newer models from 2005 and up.  My Avalon has the clips that hold mine in place but she said to remove them.  From my understanding Toyota is sending new mats and it will take about 4 to 6 weeks for them to come in.  If I find out more I will post it.

OK...thanks so much.  Ours is a 2007 so I told John to call up there and find out.
