Good Morning yall!
Im here, barely. I am so tired. I called my surgeons office last week to ask about my labs since it had been 3 weeks. The nurse said all looked normal except my ferritin which was an 8. my actual iron was ok but the ferritin was low. She said "let me see what dr suggs wants to do about this and i'll call you back" welllllllll... Its been 4 days later and nothing. My ferritin has been way lower. -1 at one point . So i dont think it being barely low has much to do with why i cant get any energy. Im not real sure.
Anywho i hope everyone is dong well this morning. Monday's over with and im counting down the days til the weekend. I live for the weekends its seems. I think its only because i have SO much going on during the weeek.
Today i didnt start out the day good. But i will do better. I dont necessarily have a plan today but here goes how i think my day MIGHT go. lol
B was Sausage Biscuit. Bad Bad bad.
L-chili cheese dogs at work. i'll have mine with NO bun.
S-protein shake
D-cottage cheese and fruit of some sort.
Tomorrow im going to join the gym again. Please wish me luck!!!! I need to not let the people intimidate me. Its just a complex ive had since i was heavier. I WILL work out and i WILL do good. i WILL go Monday, Wednesday, and on the weekends.

Guess what Hilary? Many of those folks in that gym are intimidated by you! You are an awesome, strong woman.....don't let those fears get in your way girl!! Hit the gym hard, and maybe befriend some of the unfit heavier folks there and start your own gym club....I used to go in the back of the step class and I told the instructor I was the "special" section.....I modified so I could do it and before I knew it, others that needed modification were there with me too! Soon everyone was jealous of our special club! You go girl!

you know i hear that alot of the over weight people feel that way. BUT i never see any of them at my gym. lol. I go at 5 after work and its normally the regulars that come after work. I sometimes pull up and there will be so many cars i'll just turn around and leave... well those cars are there for the classes mostly. Sometimes i'll go in and there wont be many people thee. So im giving it another shot. I really wana get motivated and start going to the Body Pump class. If i can lose 15lbs im going for a plastics consult. I lose 5-10 and gain them right back. :(

Girl, don't you go letting nobody intimidate you. You are so beautiful and before long, you'll be doing crunches and leg presses with the best of them. Everybody has to start out where you are so don't go feeling inferior. And watch out cause I guarantee you that some of those guys are gonna be flexing muscles that you didn't even know men had!!!!
I always went first thing in the mornings. I'm talking 5:30 a.m. That's when the really serious people go and they could care less about anybody else in there. Be cool - be brave and be happy that you are getting this chance to change those flabby areas into a smooth, lean kick butt machine!! Did I just say that??? LOL
