I did not do to bad for today.  Here is what I have had.
7:30  2 ch****n mini from chick fil a    
11:00 1 chicken mini
 1:30 small hamburger from mcdonalds  with less than half of the bun.
about 4 3 peanut butter cracker
7 the fish out of fish sandwich
snack  some pecans
I hope I can do this good tomorrow.
