We're having leftover lasagna and salad from last night. Then on to something else tomorrow night.

Ive had the worst headache all day. Im starting to wonder if its the sweeteners in the SF KA i drink. Its the only thing i can think of.

How was your day today? I did pretty good except for the half of pack of candy corn i had... Stayed under my 1100 calorie range.

Here goes.

Today I had:

B-1/2 pack weight control oatmeal
L-WW shrimp marinara (I wont eat that again...it wasn't very good)
D-"fried" chicken salad-2 baked chicken fingers, lettuce, tomatoes, 1 boiled egg and shredded cheese with a little ranch and buffalo sauce

This is one of those weeks where I don't want to eat too much....go figure!

Good job! I loved chicken fingers any kind of way but preferably buffalo style. I need to try out that salad!

I went to KFC and got the $1.99 Country fried steak dinner!! Ate the steak....about 3/4 of the potatoes, 1/2 the slaw and 1/2 the biscuit. Probably not the wisest choice...but I didn't eat a lot today anyway.

B-rice cake
L- grapes and carrots
D- homemade Pizza Pie
Snack-handful of almonds

I'm doing GOOD!  YAY ME! Can't wait to get on those scales.  I threw my old ones out when we moved and my Daddy's are WAY OFF, so I will see when I get to a place that has scales how I've done.  I better not be disappointed.  I've been working so hard.  Dang hard eating those carrots.  I can tolerate the grapes just fine, but those dry carrot sticks are something else.  "yuck" has Christian says... LOL

you are doing SO great Loretta!!!!

I just brought some carrots w/ ranch dip to work for those times i feel i need a snack. I cant stand raw carrots most of the time so 2-3 and ill be satisfied! I cant eat them for lunch because if i dont get my protein way up i graze ALLL day.
