Gary, you are doing so well.  It looks like you are like me and do not like breakfast foods.  I will eat in the morning but had rather have food, food and not breakfast.  I will eat eggs and cheese for the lack of having something else ready.

Thanks for posting.  You are sort of right about breakfast--it used to be one of my favorite meals with the biscuits/gravy/country ham/bacon/sausage/etc--.  now not so much. 

Also I have to admit since I was feeling bad and did not sleep the night before I "laid up in the bed" and it was real late when I ate.

I mostly do cereal/protein drinks, or some kind of roast pork or chicken for breakfast now.
