I am still not feeling quite up to par, so I did not eat right, but here goes:

Here goes my damage for the day:

B: cheese grits
S: roasted almonds
L: chicken thigh and a few bites of potato
S: few more almonds
D: top off a piece of pizza and a little of the crust
Popcorn at the game....very salty popcorn. Will pay for that on for sure...fluid gain in the morning, I can just about bet ya'.

Tomorrow will be a much better eating day. I'm making Wite Chicken Chili!! YUM!!

I traveled yesterday (am visiting the kids, my outlaws, and my grandbabies ... yay!), so had five protein bars and a svg of Sun Chips and not enough water.

Life is too short to eat vanilla ice cream and dance with boring men.

Sometimes travel is hard--but you did as well as you could.  Not sure I could handle 5 protein bars.  I haven't tried one yet.
