Breakfast- nothing (was still feeling sick from yesterday and last night
Lunch-1/4 c. black bean chili
Dinner- 1 cup homemade vegetable soup (it's so yummy)


Gonna have some hot peach tea in a bit to warm the old bones.  How about you?  What'd you eat today?  I just didn't feel like eating much at all after being sick all day yesterday.

Yesterday was not my day. My stomach felt so weird and then i started craving something sweet so bad i got a freaking migraine.

B-sausage burrito and a medium SF Vanilla iced coffee
L-1/2 bologna and tomato sandwich
S-Protein Bar
D-a few bites of roast  a few carrots and a tomato wedge. nothing tasted good.
after that i had a freaking cupcake :( 

Needless to say the cupcakes went in the garbage. Jayden woke up this morning and cried bc i threw his cupcakes away lol i told him he could have some at Memi's but not at my house.

Today i vow to be a better day!!
