Okay, so I am dealing with the hair loss (shorter style-Biotin-Nioxin) and I'd like to know.....HOW LONG DOES IT LAST????!!!!

My hair loss started yesterday. Do we loose our hair due to lack of protein.

My surgeon said it is the body's response to the surgery and the rapid weight loss....it has nothing to do with protein deficiency or vitamin deficiency....and he said there is not really anything we can do....but he also said he's never had a patient go bald.....I am taking the biotin and using Nioxin which wont stop it, but it will help with regrowth.

Hang in there!  How are things otherwise?  I haven't heard from you for a while.

I've lost 60lbs I'm slacking a bit on my vitamins they make me so sick, I know I need to take them anyway though. I'm not getting much exercise either I guess I'm being lazy I'm lacking motivation right now all I want to do is sleep. Other than that I'm ok craving bque chicken a lot LOL.
