Wednesday Coffee Talk

Good Wednesday morning everyone!  Time to rise and shine.  There is a new day on the horizon and it looks like it is going to be beautiful.  I took the dogs out to do their business and felt a little nip of fall in the air.  Felt pretty good too.  I need to let the windows open and feel some of the breeze blow through the house and enjoy the freshness.  I slept SO good.  Blood sugar was only 86 this morning! WOO HOO!!  Lantis is working.

Our challenge for today is to guard our mouths.  Mine has gotten me in to so much trouble.  We say things we shouldn't and say things in haste and then we can't take those words back.  It's like a tube of toothpaste.  You can squeeze all the tooth paste out and it is all over the counter, but then just try to put it back in.  It can't be done.  Our words are the same way.  Once we say them, they are all out there, just lying around and we can't force them back in.  My prayer is that I watch what I say and try not to hurt anyone's feelings.  Do I always do that?  Of course not.  I am human.  But may I always be quick to apologize and repent.  Our actions speak louder than our words, but the words sure do hurt a lot more.  So today, let us guard our mouths in all that we say.

So, who's up?  What cha sippin' on?  I'm enjoying some awesome Vanilla Nut Cookie flavored Coffee.  Sure is good too.  Wanna cup?  I'll share!

Y'all have a wonderful word watching Wednesday!

I went to work this morning at 0430 to watch the new Officer Trainees, cross the blue line to "enter the blue" and begin their training.  They were so cute and looked nervous and terrified.  One of those ceremonies that helps make them a team. Pretty awesome.

Now to hit the shower so I can dress appropriately for the office.  I really, REALLY want to go back to bed, but will be a good girl!

I'm so glad your body is cooperating better, Randall.

Good morning!! I feel so much better today and I know its because of the prayers of so many friends. I'm at work and feel great.

Thank you for the words of wisdom. I, too, have to watch my words. I get very passionate at times and that can lead to speaking without thinking.

I'm so glad that you are feeling better. I stopped by Starbucks and have a Lite Caramel Frappacino. It sure hits the spot!!

Oh it is an AWESOME day today!!!!  God is so good!!!!  We had an awesome experience this morning in prayer.  WOW....He is so great and awesome!!!!  The Name Above All Names!!!!!  Can you tell I am excited LOL.  Anyway...my mouth is a big problem.  I need to keep it shut more LOL.  Through that mouth, I have hurt and I also made myself obese.  I do better with my ears.  They can listen and that helps a lot more than running my mouth LOL.

You have an awesome day!!!! Love y'all!!
