I think im out of my funk and back on the wagon today! Im so glad. I just havent felt good these last few days. Im glad it's hump day and im ready for the weekend!!!!

What are you guys eating this morning? I have my day planned out and im determined to go as planned!!!!

B-Weight Control Oatmeal
L-we're ordering from LIbby's. So i'll have lunch today and tomorrow. Meatloaf, green beans, baked sweet potato.
D-Protein Shake or Cottage Cheese & Peaches. i may end up having both.

Is it just me or does anyone else get the "munchies" right about 8? I get the urge to snack at night. IM not sure why. I also think thats why i go to bed so early. If i stay up i have to fight the muchies away.

Anywho, this is my plan.... Whats yours?

Good afternoon my friend.  I went to the Endocrinologist yesterday and he told me that to keep my blood sugar at a consistent level, I had to eat 6 small meals of protein daily.  I was amazed that he told me what everyone else had said.  So for today I have had:

B- egg with cheese and one slice of toast
L- ham roll up
S- low fat yogurt

Not sure what I will have later.  I know a chocolate protein shake will be in the making.

I appreciate your keeping me in check!  KEEP THIS THREAD GOING DAILY!!  I may not always post, but I do read it and it keeps me mentally in check.  I APPRECIATE YOU!!
