So i was planning on protein shakes today.. well my plan failed. I dont think i did horrible. i just could have done better.

B-Protein Shake
L-chili cheese dog w/ half the bun. We made these here at work. Somehow i got sucked into cooking them for everyone. I decided to put one on the bottom of the bun w/ chili and cheese. It was good.
S-Protein Bar
D-Protein Shake

Thats all for me. In the morning before work i'll be putting a roast on. Im ready for that one!

Sorry this is so early, im leaving soon and wont be to a computer probably the rest of the day.

That's not so bad!

B-1/2 ww eng muffin with 1tbsp peanut butter
L-4 oz grilled grouper
D-navy beans and ham
S-the old faithful s/f fudgesicle!

The day has been pretty good actually.  Though I was really jonesing for some Sun Chips this afternoon. 

B: 1 svg Weight Control Cinnamon Oatmeal

L:  1C ff cottage cheese

S:  1/4 edamame

D:  am going to Ruby Tuesdays on a date, so know it will include white chicken chili and probably a baked potato ... why does their website say a plain baked potato is over 300 calories???

Life is too short to eat vanilla ice cream and dance with boring men.

Well, I've been sick at my stomach all day.  I started off with breakfast with a rice cake and some yogurt as usual.  For lunch, I ate a small portion of whole wheat pasta with broccoli and shrimp leftover from yesterday's lunch. Everything went downhill from there.  It was really good, but it upset my stomach even more so.  I finally had to leave work early and I have only had a few smoked almonds tonight and a cup of HOT coffee.  It's all I've wanted.  The new pants I bought a couple of weeks ago are falling off of me.  I think I've now lost at least the 12 pounds I had gained.  I can't wait to find some scales and find out.  If I haven't, I feel confident that I am very close.  Now, I would love to lost 5-10 more pounds just to give myself some room to fluctuate with.

you are doing so good! I bought some rice cakes to eat w/ PB in the mornings. I dont do yogurt but thanks for giving me the idea of rice cakes :)

I hope your stomach gets to feeling better!!!

I can update now for yesterday LOL. 

B - almonds

L - a few pintos, 1/2 chicken patty, a little okra and 1/2 piece corn muffin.

S - almonds

D - tomato sandwich

S - protein bar

I left work early yesterday and went by Pri-Med. I have the flu -just the normal one but it sure is making me feel horrile. I'm on the Z-Pak and for my cough I have Phenergan with Codine. No work for a couple of days.

B - Sausage on toast
L - cup of tomator soup
D - some of the topping off of Leo's pizza

I don't feel like eating right now so I'll probably have a late breakfast later on.
