What'cha eatin' this SUNDAY?

I had my usual rice cake and yogurt for breakfast.  I find I do better sticking with the same ol same ol for breakfast.  They had doughnuts in Sunday School and I avoided them like the PLAGUE!  I DID GOOD!  LOL

I cooked whole wheat pasta and broccoli with a little bit of alfredo sauce and threw in a pound of large steamed shrimp and  put in a casserole dish and melted some mozzerella cheese on top for lunch.  Added a small tossed salad and made a sugar free chocolate trifle for dessert. 

This is my 3rd day and I'm sticking with it.  I AM DOING IT!  I am SO PROUD of myself.

I also had my usual for breakfast, a hanful of fresh pecans. 
L-  1/2bowl of instant grits with an over easy egg.
D- will be hamburger patty and a fews  seasoned  fries that i am cooking in the oven.  Did not do the hamburgers last night. 
I think I did okay could have used more protein.
I almost forgot the corn muffin from golden rule for a snack

Today I cooked, cooked cooked!  I made a pot of fresh collards and ham, and a pot of navy beans and ham....and then I cooked crab cakes for dinner.

B-1 egg and 1/2 piece ww toast
L-1 cup of the Navy beans & ham
D-1 crab cake and a few bites of the collards
S-s/f fudgesicle

I did a really good workout today of running on treadmill and some weight lifting.
