What's everyone eatin' this Saturday?

I've had a rice cake and yogurt for breakfast and just now having a bowl of leftover blackbean chili for lunch.  I will have some grapes or something a bit later.

I did so well yesterday.  I had a rice cake and yogurt for breakfast, carrots and grapes for lunch and sf pistachio parfait for snack.  All my co-workers were eating brownies and cookies and krispie creams and trying to force me to eat them, but I REFUSED.  I was SO VERY PROUD OF MYSELF.  For dinner, Kyle and I went out and I had a lump crab cake and a few bites of steamed broccoli for dinner.  

Who wants to jump on the losing train with me???

I am so glad to see you and Hiliary do these post.  A lot of days there is nothing on here weight loss related.  For today for breakfast I had my usual pecans.  Lunch was turkey sandwich on slice of toasted wheat bread.  For dinner I am thinking a hamburger patty and not sure yet about the rest. 
I need to drop a few #'s before I schedule my TT this fall.  I really want to do it before the cruise. Hope that I can hold off on this foot surgery, if not the TT will have to wait.

I see you have made up your mind to do the TT according to the post ..  Did you decide on a surgeon?  You will be happy you did once you recover....

Hi Elle Breakfast I cooked toast, scrambled eggs and bacon. Lunch a bologna sandwich. dinner I dont know yet.  Tomorrow will be chicken.After church. Have a Great day. Love Ellen

I love these posts too!!

CONGRATS on holding off on the donuts and brownies, WOW that really shows some will power!! 

Today I did better than yesterday.

B: two eggs, some grits and one piece of bacon.

L: slice of cheese wrapped up in a slice of lf deli ham 

S: cheerios and skim milk

D: grilled pork chop (about 1/2) a few bites of pasta salad and a few bites of english peas

I love these posts too!  I am bad about journaling my food on the weekends...

B-cottage cheese and s/f peaches
L-homemade taco salad (95% lean beef, 1 oz cheese, lettuce, tomato and salsa)
D-grilled grouper and 1/2 corn on the cob

I'll have a glass of wine later-we are going over to friends house to play Wii.

You must have missed Hillary's post but its good to see we are all thinking alike. I think we have a big crew now that is determined to lose the pounds we need to. I really like posting what I've eaten each day. It helps to be accountable to others.

I've been good today but right now I'm starving and headed to the kitchen. LOL
