Saturday Hugs
Sending out huge hugs on this awesome Saturday morning. I know that I am going to have an awesome day. You all have one, too!!!! I love y'all!!!
God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam and the mountains quake with their surging. (Psalms 46:1-3)
In Old Testament times, a person could go into a City of Refuge when he murdered someone and be safe as long as he stayed within the city limits. Once out of that city, he was fair game for whatever might happen to him. God is our refuge, our strength and our every present help. As long as we stay under His umbrella of safety, we are safe. Once we step out of that boundary, we are fair game for anything the enemy might bring against us. We do not have to fear no matter what come against us as long as we are in his protective care. That umbrella is huge and covers us so well.
