I'm challenged...
Okay.....I can do this.....When I do well getting my water in, getting my protein in and taking my carafate 30 min before eating....I forget my vitamins and calcium....if I get the vit and calcium in I forget the carafate.....anyone have any suggestions for how you remember your supplements? I bought a little timer to use but you have to remember to use it for it to be any good...damn!
I go back to work on Monday and I thought by now I would have this schedule down. Someone just shoot me.....I am just plain challenged......and there is NO hope for me. A doe di doe A doe di doe....my family may just need to put me in THE home...........

No home for you yet lady! LOL What if you lay it out on the counter, or desk, or coffee table. Somewhere that you know you'll see it. Will that work?
I know that at night I pull my vits down from the top of the fridge and put them on the counter beside my purse. If not I tend to run out of the house without them.
Good luck back at work!

I hate to tell you this, but you are too early postop to have it down yet. Darn it, some of us still don't have it down. ;-)
Seriously, the thing that helps me most, especially when I was newly postop was I made a schedule on a card and carried it with me. That schedule included what time to eat what, what time to sip water, and when to take what meds. My daughter programed my cell phone to "alarm" me everyday too. This sounds really rudimentary, but I still use a schedule when I feel things slipping a bit in terms of routine for my health.
And, dear heart, there is always hope .. for all of us. Hand in there!
