Walk from Obesity and Colleen Cook Reception
The Walk from Obesity will be on September 26 at Regions Park in Hoover, Ala. Registration starts at 7am with the walk starting around 8am. You can also go to www.walkfromobesity.com
to sign up with your support group or start your own team. Last year we were #3 in the nation in fundraising. We are working on being #1 this year. You will get a free T shirt along with a lot of goodies.
The reception for Colleen Cook will be on Friday night at Trinity Hospital. Tickets are now on sale for $25. Colleen will have her books at the reception and will autograph them. All proceeds goes to the walk. These books would make a great gift for some one having surgery or who have already had surgery and does not have one of these great books.
