Wednesday Coffee Talk
Good Wednesday morning everyone! So glad to be awake and feeling so good this morning. It feels good to know what DEEP REM sleep means and how it feels. Dr. said I was operating on 15 minutes of deep sleep before........now, I dream ALL NIGHT long. Been a while...........LOL How'd you sleep?
Our challenge for today is to call a friend and tell them you appreciate them and love them. Our friends do not hear it enough. Our friends need to hear from us. They need to know they can count on you. We take friends for granted and we really shouldn't do that. Count your friends as gold and cherish them. They know you are there. They know you love them. They know they can count on you. But they really need to hear it. Hearing just affirms friendship and love.
So! Who's up today? What cha sippin' on? I made some Caramel Drizzle and it sure is good too! ya gotta love it. Lucy will be glad. I have to get off the puter and get her a cup and fix her b'fast in bed. I LOVE MY WIFE! God sure knew what He was doing when HE joined these two hearts. Hard to believe this month will be a year! WOW!! Time flies when you are having fun. Let me hush before I put my foot in my mouth!

I have wanted to go back to bed all morning m Froggy Friend, but I've been up waiting for them to deliver my new "toy". STILL have not gotten here and the man called and said they would be here by 10. HMMM! OH WELL!

I'm on my fourth glass of my concoction of sf fruit punch kool aid and diet coke and about to go exercise. Today will be a doctor's appt, studying, and time hanging at the pool.
Hey, I was told by a friend of mine from Abbeville that the weather we are having now is way too cool to be going to the pool. Is that true? Am I revealing my northern roots by enjoying it (and enjoying the relative quiet of children being in school?!)? Ah, who cares, a good swim and some sun with a good book is always pleasant.
