Its TUESDAY! :) and i have a plan!!!
Ok guys, if you dont like this post, im really sorry (and Gary, i hope you dont mind me taking back over!) but its DAY 1 and a start over for me. I am determined to do this and lose this weight so i have prepared myself and ive even told the lunch lady here at work that i wouldnt be ordering lunch, not to send me the lunch emails. lol. I have to do it that way because unfortunately i see the lunch email and if they are going somewhere great i say "oh this will be ok if i have this just today" well NO its not ok. Especially when ive packed my lunch i just choose not to eat it.
Anywho, im going to be trying a few different things to see what works for me and what gets the scale to moving. I also have decided that a few nights a week me and jayden will go walking around the neighborhood. I'll walk, he can ride his brand new bike.
So I have a plan today and it is
Breakfast--Weight Control Cinnamon Oatmeal w/ 1/2 banana chopped in it and a dash of splenda. ---I was really surprised that i couldnt finish the whole pack. It made me really full. I ate a little over half of it. Yum!
Lunch--Meatballs cooked in the crockpot w/ a can of diced tomatos and a small jar of pizza sauce, maybe some green beans or broccoli and cheese if i have some in the freezer at work. I had planned on having salad but when i went to bring it here to work i realized it was BROWN. no good. i'll have to stop by and pick up some more.
Snack--if needed at 3 or so i'll have a protein shake.
Dinner- that im not sure of. I have meatballs at home also, but i thought i may have a ham and cheese omlete from schwans. it'll be a quick fix thats packed full of protein! Thats to be determined later but i do have a slight plan for dinner :)

Way to go girl! You are in control! I'll bet Gary wont care.....we love this post regardless of who does it!

I really was surprised that i could only eat 1/2 pack. IM almost 4 years out and really sometimes have no restriction. especially if it isnt dense protein. I was happy tho!!!! I stayed full until 11:15 when i ate my lunch. Normally i get hungry right about 10ish. so i was proud! .

The one i had was really good that i got from my Mom so i went out to Sam's and bought a big box that has 3 different kinds in it. Im still trying to decide which kind i like best. It has in this box Chocalate Deluxe, Chew Chocolate Chip, and Chocolate Peanut Butter. I think the Chocolate Peanut Butter is the winner of the 3 but i will eat the rest.
