What's everybody COOKIN' for LABOR DAY?

I just pattied up a dozen burgers and got 4 dozen hotdogs to throw on the grill.  Just gonna be our little family, but we're gonna eat good.  There will be plenty for Daddy , Holly and Beau to take home and for us to eat on during the week along with our brunswick stew.  I shouldn't have to cook much this week. :)  I'm so excited.  LOL  Kyle just went in to work and Beau will be off in a little while to come over and eat.  I'm going to eat up the grill soon.  I want to rest this LABOROUS DAY evening. :)

Were grilling also, but since there is only three of us were are doing steak. Since I am 4 weeks away from surgery I can still eat some steak..soon to end for a while but the sugar is out...I put all of it out of the house yesterday so no sweets for me. I need to detox from the sweets so its eaiser at surgery time. were going to have corn on the cob, baked potatoe, salad with strawberries and fresh pineapple. YUMMY.. Hope everyone has a Super Day.

I had a dinner date and ate some chilaquiles ... I love me some chicken chilaquiles and good company.  :-)
