EASY LEMON SQUARES RECIPE
1 lemon cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil
1 pkg far free or low fat cream cheese
1/2 cup Splenda
3 Tablespoons lemon juice
CAKE MIX come in reduced sugar in vanilla .butter or chocolate if you use the butter on just add a tsp or two of lemon flavoring
take cake mix, oil and one egg ,,mix wih mixure about 2 min or until the mix is crumbly
TAKE OUT 1 CUP OF THIS TO SPRINKLE ON TOP
Pour rest in a 9 x 13 ungreased pan and bake at 350 preheated oven for 15 minutes
Mix the room softened cream cheese , Splenda ,lemon juice and the other egg until creamy
Pour this and spread over the cooled crust with a spatula
Sprinkle the rest of the crumbs on top
Bake this for 15 -17 min more
CooL about 30 min
THESE ARE WONDERFUL ..Stoe covered AT ROOM TEMP FOR UP TO FOUR DAYS OR IN FRIDGE FOR A WEEK ..
