Saturday morning Hugs

 Sending out huge hugs on this awesome Saturday morning.    It is going to be a great day.  John and I are celebrating our 29th anniversary at the Butter Bean Festival in Pinson.  I know...romantic...huh LOL.  We love going there, though.  May do dinner tonight too.  I don't know how that guy has put up with me for all these years, but praise God he has.  You all have an awesome awesome day today!!!  I love y'all!!

Oh wow!!!!  He loves us so much.  Christ is telling us here that our Heavenly Father loves us as He loves Him.  That is more love than we can comprehend.  Do you really really believe God loves you???  I use to have trouble with that and did not really believe He loved me. I knew it, but I did not believe it.   It hurts Him so much when we do not accept His love.  God nailed His love for us on the cross.  He has given us life and cared for us. Believing that God loves us is not a feeling, it is a choice.  Do we always feel as though our human children, spouse or parents love us??  How much more our Heavenly Father loves us.  Some days, we may feel as though He does not love us due to our own emotions that get in the way, or our own lonliness, but we can take God at His Word and we should choose to do so.  He LOVE us!!!!

I got to get busy,get all my Bama stuff dusted,ready for tonight..

Went up to Davy Crockett to check on the in-laws camping there this week.It is such a nice place.Campers were coming in for the week-end.That is just not my cup of tea.Im a condo,balcony sitter,coffee drinking fool,watching the tide roll in and back out again.Good thing we not all alike.

Sending hugs back to you Carmen.  I hope you have been enjoying the Butter Bean Festival with your special Butter Bean!   LOL  Happy Anniversary to you and John!  As far as John "putting up with you"...that man is blessed and he knows it!!

God loves us as He loves Jesus!   WOW that is hard to fathom.  I think that is why somoe people have such a hard time accepting God's love.  We all too often think we are supposed to FEEL this perfect love and like you said believing God loves us is NOT a feeling, but a choice.  I don't think we as flawed human beings understand that.  That is why it is so important to read scripture, pray, share with other Christians, and study theology, etc...  I culd go on and on and you know I usually do. LOL  But you said it all in your post, as usual.  Thank you again Carmen!
