The support I get from my online buddies makes this so much easier!  There are days I want to "snack", but I just drink some water and get on the website for strength.  I think the weekend will be great for hiking, so I'm planning on getting outdoors!  How about you?  any big plans?

I do have plans to do some hiking.  I am not well enough yet for rugged long hikes, but the DW and I may go somewhere where I can find an easy short trail.  I live not far from a State Park with trails!

So far today i have had a PURE PRoTEIN BAR.  I has 200 cal. 6gm of fat 2 grams of sugar.  Most important it has 20 grams of Protein.  I thinks its a Atkins Shake for Lunch and supper i dont know yet.

Wow--you're doing great--keep it going.  I haven't tried a protein bar yet but that sounds like a good one.
