and a good morning it is.The sun is out and the promise of a beautiful day ahead.

I see most is already up and at their Friday positions.I bet all is excited about the long week-end..I used to look forward to holidays and being off on Mondays,knowing we have to even work harder to catch up for having a day off.Now im retired and it has become just another day.Make the most of it and keep safe.

Yes!! Im ready for Football,our home team won 42/6 over Lee of Huntsville. and yes Saban has it together for another great year for Alabama.Getting exciting around here.But rest assured I do realize one thing that is, you can get beat on any given Saturday!So i will close and wish all you a Happy Labor Day week-end and may your team do good..

Good morning back to you--I know what you mean about being retired--i haven't worked in over two years--I am hoping that will change some day as I get healthier.  We will see.

I am also excited about football, but alas I am not a tide fan.  We only buy cheer in our house and no rolls of TP.  There is no roll tide in this house!

Everyone here has been nice to me though in spite of my love for the Tennessee Vols--and I think we are in for a tough couple of years but I am hoping Lane will bring us back.  All we need is a good coach!  I wouldn't mind having another 11 year run beating Bama!  It is tough living here and getting pounded by the Tide (and everyone else)

Good evening my friend!!  This has been a WONDERFUL day for me.  On top of it being so pretty outside, I found out I have lost down to 204!  Only 4 pounds to ONEDERLAND!  WOO HOO!
