Yesterday?? 

i had protein shake
1/4 c cottage cheese and 2 slices of tomato
half turkey and cheese on wheat
whopper jr - bottom of the bun & 5 fries.

i did ok up until dinner. ugh. today will be better.

You are doing fine--it is good to try and be better every day.  i spent a lot of time in Dr office yesterday and did not come close on liquids.  i will do better today.  I am pulling for you Hillary!  I know you can and will accomplish what you want!

Yesterday-

B-1/2 ww eng muffin and 1tbsp of peanut butter
L-3 oz baked chicken and a few brocolli spears
D-salad with lettuce, tomato, boiled egg, a little shred cheese and two baked crispy chicken stips..and a tbsp of Ranch dressing....although I was only able to eat 1/2 of what I took....eyes are still bigger than stomach!
S-s/f fudgescicle (40 cals)

Today-
B-cottage chs and s/f peaches
L-WW chichen marsala
D-baked chicken and some veggie
S-s/f fudgescicle (I can't end the day without it!!  my guilty pleasure!)

Wow--you are doing great.  i post the day before because I don't plan so well and have to wait til the end of the day to post what I ate.  Could do better I guess, but i think it works OK.  keep up the good work.

Hey there Gary!!!  Well let's see:

B - 1 egg, 1 bacon 1 bread

S - 8 almonds

L - 2 chicken fingers (I have got to find me something different.  I am getting sick of these LOL.)

I don't know about the rest of the day because I will eat at church tonight.  I will update later.  Have an awesome afternoon!!!

Hi Marsha, Try Applesauce and water Popsicles SF sf jello. you can buy it in little cups already to eat.
 
I had bacon and tomato sandwich,,,lunch nothing,  Dinner chicken cubes,cheese, lettuce. tomato, onion,FF Thous. Is. dressing. Big Salad. Froggys Love. Have a great night.  Ellen
