What a Week! It's all good :)

I've been absent for about a week now and just wanted to pop in and say hello to everyone! Hope you all are doing good and staying away from that icky flu bug!

We've had our house on the market for almost a year and it finally just sold. We went back and forth on a contract for an entire week and finaly agreed on a deal. Some people thing that if your house has been on the market a while you are desperate but I think he finally got the idea that we're not! 

So, within 48 hours we sold our house, put an offer on another one and it was accepted. So, we'll be moving at the end of the month if all goes as planned. We looked at many houses and when we walked into this one we felt at home. It has a huge fenced back yard so the fur babies will be able to run until their hearts are content. 

This will be a busy month for us packing up and getting everything ready to move. We're really excited. God is good and He is SO faithful!!

Congratulations! It seems like it all just fell in place at the right time. You are going to have fun, decorating and arranging your new home, a lot of work, but it will be worth it.

Gosh, I KNOW how happy you and Rich are to have sold your house!  PRAISE the Lord for He is good!  It takes the RIGHT buyers at the RIGHT time!
We are still trying to sell our home in Toney.  We have an "interested" buyer right now, but we've had this situation before and things didn't work out.  It's all in His timing.
