Good morning Volfan-in-Alabama! Great work here on the menu. I used to do this deiligently. I guess it's something I need to start on again as I have gained a great deal.
I am happy to see this.
This morning I had a chai latte with skim milk and a boiled egg.
For lunch will be 1/2 cup tuna salad with 5 saltine crackers and a dill pickle.
Dinner will be 4 oz of chicken enchilladas and 1/4 cup of refried beans.
