Denined by BCBS of Alabama..suggestions

Just got denied by BCBS of Alabama. Any suggestions please

What was their reason?  It really depends on that whether or not an appeal is worth the time....If it is too personal I understand....you can pm me if you'd prefer.

Blue Cross denied me twice and I appealed and finally won.  If you did the 6 month diet (which is 7 weigh ins)  and meet the requirements as far as BMI, I don't know why you cannot be approved.  Just appeal and appeal.  I know it is very disheartening.  Please let us know what happens.

Just don't give up - that's what the ins company wants.  If they didn't give you a specific reason, call them and ASK for it.  Talk with the ins coordinator at your surgeon's office - they see denials & appeals all the time, and should be able to offer suggestions.
