Plan on a couple of large cups of starbucks Protein Mocha latte coffee in about 1/2 hr.

Breakfast:
Scrambled eggs with cheese
3 red grapes/ 2 orange slices
1 piece of turkey bacon
Lunch/Dinner: Oops
Ate at a Mexican restaurant 1 taco with beef, cheese,lettuce,tomato and a little sour cream(didn't agree with me lost 30 minutes later I'm still learning)
Wish I had your motivation!
Probably going to have a sugar free Popsicle
Will do better tomorrow
