Thanks for your post Ellen--I appreciate it. I am still a newbie--and I do journal EVERYTHING, both food and emotions and--well everything. I even have a blog that no one but me reads. It is located at http://valfan-in-alabamaweightlossjourney.blogspot.com/. In some circles I am known as OCD Gary, and that is not far from the truth.
I don't expect everyone to journal everything--especially the long-timers--but it helps. I wish Hillary would take this back. She did an OUTSTANDING job and got a lot more responses than me. I am only trying to help out temporarily.
Good night Ellen--the insomnia monster has me again. It may be a long one.

HEY Gary You are doing a good job posting. At first I had time to write everything down and then I had to go back to work. David even fixed me a grid sheet to write down my stuff and dates and weights. I still have them I can look back and I know when I had lost down to 197. I knew I was doing good. Then I got down to 123 lbs. in Nov 2008. It does help to write things down even Med.
I hope you get some sleep. Have a great day. Ellen your Froggy Friend
