Carmen, Mr. John, Glenn, Brienda, Mary AND everyone! UPDATE ON DONNA

Lucy's mom is much better.  Her hip is not broken, THANK GOD!  She fell at the hotel in the restroom.  She had broken her hip 2 months ago and as she fell last night, she hurt it again.  This morning, she woke up not knowing anyone or where she was.  She was put on Oxycodone for pain for the trip.  She had an allergic reaction from it and broke out in hives all over.  We think this med may have caused her confusion.  We don't know yet. She was MUCH better tonight, laughing and talking like herself.  

Miss Mary, THANK YOU for her roses, THE VISIT, the card and your love.  YOU are SO special and she said she just loves you.  EVERYONE does though don't they!?

Mr. John, please forgive me for not calling you back today.  I have had a day and a half.  Lucy as well.  I am so sorry and I felt bad tonight at the hospital at 8:30 when I thought about it.  LOL  Sorry I let you down.  You are so awesome and we ALL appreciate you and Carmen and the prayer chain.  We know God touched Donna today!!  What a change in her!!  WE LOVE YOU BOTH!!

Brenda and Glenn, (Mimi and Papa),  THANK YOU for taking care of Wayne and us with lunch and dinner.  You guys are the best and God is going to bless you as you bless others.  Wayne already thinks the world of you both and sees how others can love you guys so easy.  Donna can't wait to meet you both and thank you.  

We thank everyone for your calls, love, PRAYERS and emails.  Lucy and I drove from Illinois to home yesterday, then last night, an hour after we got home, we had to drive to Atlanta to get the car from parking.  So we drove almost a round trip.  LOL  Trip lag and pure exhaustian has set in.  We have Wayne's bed made for him (HE IS EXHAUSTED TOO) and he is ready for bed.  Please pray for him.  

We love you all and thank you for everything today.  I have to shower and hit they hay!  
Lucy and I love all of you and today made me realize how much I need this BOARD FAMILY and my prayer connections!!  We are HOME and I mean that as the board is concerned as well!!

Glad to hear Lucy's Mom is doing better.  What is it with people falling at hotels.  My Uncle was at a hotel in COlumbus and fell and broke his hip.  They brought him to Montgomery and fixed it and is in Rehab for recovery.
