When you've done everything - stand

I may have told this before but it bears repeating. Ephesians tells us that we wrestle not against flesh and blood but against darkness and evil powers. We have to put on the armor of God and prepare to do battle if necessary. Prayer is one way of doing battle. Sometimes we may have to do something that we don't want to do. Maybe apologize to someone that in reality should be apologizing to us. Maybe we need to gather a group together to pray for a certain situation. BUT, when we've done all that we can do and all that we should do then its time to stand. Why do we just stand? Because it's time for God to finish the battle. Claim His Word and wait for His results.

Jackie, when we've gone to the doctor, when we've prayed, when we've done all that we can do for Dalton then it's time to stand back and let God finish the work.

Just my thoughts but thought I would share them.

I love you all and I believe in what I've just shared.

Good morning Debbie.  You know one of the hardest things for me to do is "stand still".  I want to do something.  You gave us all a good word today.  Love to you today.  Enjoy your grands tonight and the camper tomorrow!!

I am with you my sister!! I know it's hard sometimes to place it at his feet and leave it but that's what we need to do. GOD is the ULTIMATE Physician and HEALER!! There is NOTHING My Father cannot do!!! I am standing on his Promise today and Know that he is working with Dalton today!
Thanks for posting this!! I know what you have been thru with your armor but God has brought you to today to be a witness of his divine Promise and work in your life! Keep shining my friend!
Pray for my MawMaw it is a difficult time for her and my sister. She has brain damage from the stroke and every time I talk to her she tells me she has cancer like she is telling me for the first time. :( She doesn't remember short term but can remember things back in the 1960's and 70's and 80's like they were yesterday. Pray for my sister as she is living with her out in San Diego.
My sister is my hero and gets this special time with her as she says. Even though it is difficult she looks at it as a gift as we all should.
I love you Debbie!! Thanks for your posts you know how special they are to me.

Debbie Doo, Hey there!!!  This isawesome and so true.  I have learned to just go ahead and let
God handle it.  The older I get the more Iknow that I cannot do things, but God can.  Ilove you and hope you all are doing well.

Faith is NOT believing God can.
It is knowing that God will!

I'm so glad this helped you. I'm sorry to hear about your dad. I don't get here enough to keep up with everybody. I'll be praying for him and for you. We need to try to meet up again one day soon.

Love,
DebbieDoo
