Home from Dr.

and he won't let me return to work for another week.  I have not told my boss yet (not Jimmy).  He said the skin graft was still fragile and I need to keep it elevated.  He removed all of the staples but left some stitches.  Boy was this more than I expected.

I am going to go catch up reading the posts from today.  I am on my behind with my foot up.  It did some swelling today because I was on it too much.

Debbie you do as that doctor tells you about that foot.  With my experience from foot surgery, it sometimes takes them a little bit longer to heal.   Are you in one of those gosh awful shoes? 

Good luck with that foot.  We will keep you in our prayers.

Please do what the Doc says. Behave! sit on your behind put your foot UP. We want you well and be able to come to Guntersville. Then you can go back to work. Love you Froggy

 Take good care of yourself.......even thought those Dr's can be bossy...they know what's best!! Love you...hope you get better every day!!

Debbie this is your chance to catch up on your rest.  So get a good book or two, prop up that foot, and relax.  Believe me it will help you live longer.  Have a great weekend.

Seriously Debbie, I'm so sorry you are having so much difficulty with your foot.  I'm also sorry I havent posted or called or anything.  I have been putting in too many hours here at work and I have been crashing when I get home.  I am about to leave the office now and wanted to take a minute and check on everybody, especially you to see how you are.

I love you girl, and I want you to sit on that behind and keep that foot elevated!!  You don't get to do that too often and I know you aren't used to it, but try to grin and bear it.  Jimmy and those two sons and your daughter in law I am sure will be happy to take care of you for a change.  If they aren't then you just let me know and I will come and spank some other behinds!!
