Friday Hugs
Sending out big hugs on this awesome Friday morning. You all have a great day. Please say a prayer for my baby Girl (Geni) if you will, this morning. We will be in Birmingham at the VA Hospital with her today as she is having surgery. I love y'all!!!! Surely goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever. (Psalm 23:6)
Isn't it awesome to know that God's goodness and love will follow us all of our lives!! I have just recently learned one of the meanings of follow. I have always understood, or thought I understood what that word meant. According to one of the definitions in Websters it means to pursue in an effort to overtake. I know that I am strange, but often I like to break things down. So here we are told that goodness and love is in pursuit of us to overtake us. That is so awesome. He loves us so much!!!
What an excellent thought to tart the day out on. I'M off for a walk. Had to start the whole process over since I had pneumonia. I was up to 3 miles a day before, but the best I can do now is 1.5. But it's all good and I am not complaining---I couldn't do 100 yards with my cane 4 months ago.
