.today---I made the century club..
How about that. I went on my pre-surgery liquid diet on 4/18/2009 at 448 pounds. surgery on 4/28/2009 at 439. Today 348--lose of 100 pounds.

Thank you--my wife Sherry and I are going on vacation the week before--I haven't been on vacation in forever. if we get back in time we are coming--kind of depends on where we go and how long we stay. I do want to come though.
